For 10 years I have had the privilege of serving as a Vistage Chair and CEO Coach. Through the years, I have facilitated 400 meetings, learned from over 150 speakers and we’ve processed thousands of issues, with billions of dollars of business impact. I’ve now surpassed 10,000 hours in private, closed door one-to-ones with CEOs. When asked about my work, I describe it simply as “Significant work with people I love.”

Our community is made up of six groups with over 100 CEOs and business leaders, representing thousands of employees, serving millions of customers with billions of dollars in revenue. Every member of our community is committed to learning and growing together. These are some of the most amazing leaders and wonderful people I have ever had the honor of working with. Almost half are women leaders, two thirds are under 40 years old and they come from every industry, walk of life and background you can imagine. My job is to help lead them from here to there.

Together we have faced tough challenges, overcome obstacles and survived a pandemic. We’ve shared personal growth, record sales and profits, liquidity events, exits and acquisitions. We have laughed and cried, celebrated marriages, babies, graduations and recognition. We have also faced loss of life, personal tragedy, pain and sorrow and every step of the way, we have done it together.

As I reflect on the past ten years, I am filled with joy. What an honor to be able to serve this community. I am so grateful to our members, Vistage Worldwide, Inc., our community and my family for the support and encouragement to do this work. Now, enough celebrating and reflecting… let’s get to work!
