Angel Salinas

Angel Salinas, CEO - Sandler Texas

Angel Salinas is CEO of Sandler Texas. He brings 17 years as a Bilingual Facilitator and Coach at Sandler Training.

His Bachelor Degree in International Business and 28 years of Sales and Sales Management experience across several industries have aided in his success in delivering more than 15,000 hours of Sales Training and Sales Leadership Coaching, leading keynote sessions at local and international conferences as well as founding several trading companies. 

Brie Weed, Chief of Staff

Brie manages Tom’s day-to-day activities, calendar and oversees operation of our Vistage community. She brings her strong detail orientation and people skills to help ensure our programs are high performing.

Additionally, Brie serves as managing director for Chair Success Services, a support company designed to help Vistage Chairs grow their practice while living their best ChairlLife.

Brie has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Texas in San Antonio.

Sophie DeJong, Chief Operating Operator

Sophie is the Chief Operating Officer of Sales City Group (Sandler) and Cuthbert Capital, Inc. (Vistage).

A 2022 graduate of Elon University with a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship, she joined Venture For America, which brought her to San Antonio. In her role, Sophie strategically supports Sandler Texas and Tom's Vistage practice, driving growth and operational excellence. Passionate about entrepreneurship, she focuses on streamlining operations, fostering innovation, and empowering teams to achieve their goals.

Hector Rodriguez, Revenue Growth Advisor

With over 20 years of sales expertise and 15 years of experience working directly with business owners, presidents, and CEOs, Hector Rodriguez has been a trusted Sandler coach for more than 8 years. Prior to joining Sandler, Hector thrived in the app development and digital marketing industries, giving him a unique perspective on modern business challenges.

As a revenue growth advisor, Hector partners with companies across diverse industries, helping them achieve transformative results, including revenue growth of up to 300%. His tailored approach is backed by countless case studies and testimonials that highlight his proven track record of success.

Lori Darchicourt, Controller

Lori Darchicourt is an experienced CPA, strategic CFO advisor, and founder of Darchicourt Consulting. She has spent 25 years in finance and accounting working in both public companies, small privately held companies and now serving small businesses with their accounting and consulting needs.   

Lori has a passion for cleaning up messes, organization and using technology to streamline processes so that people can spend their time on high value activities, like running and growing their businesses.  Since founding Darchicourt Consulting in 2021, Lori and her team of consultants have served over 50 private clients. Her firm specializes in serving small businesses that use QuickBooks Online.

Sophia Lundstrom, Executive Assistant

Sophia Lundstrom (aka Lundy) serves as the Executive Assistant to Tom Cuthbert, managing his day-to-day activities, calendar, and ensuring efficient communication across all levels. She handles a wide range of administrative tasks, from coordinating meetings and travel to streamlining workflows, allowing Tom to focus on key priorities.

Additionally, Lundy oversees administrative operations for Sandler’s client success services, bringing her strong organizational skills and client-focused mindset to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service delivery.
