This has been an extraordinarily challenging year. Through the headwinds of the Coronavirus and economic downturn, many member companies were turned upside down. We have faced tougher decisions than ever before, worked beyond our limits and pushed ourselves and our companies to a breaking point.
In our Vistage community, we did this together. We faced the Seven Stages of a Crisis head on. We picked each other up, shared a word of encouragement and were always there for each other. We provided critical resources, updates and information to help navigate the crisis. Through every step, Vistage has never felt more like Vistage should feel.
We trusted each other, cared for each other and challenged each other. We all experienced growth both personally and professionally. I have never been more proud of the women and men in our community who believed that we were going to WIN! We would not fall without getting up, we would not back down from the challenge and we would lift up those around us to RISE together.
