They work in accountability teams and each member has a mentor. All bi-monthly, full day meetings include speakers. This group has two openings.

The Vistage Advancing Leader group accelerates the development journey of experienced managers by challenging them to become more effective through strategic thinking, communication and collaboration to achieve better results. The Advancing Leader Program includes expert Vistage speakers on business-related topics that support Effective Leadership.
